Return Policy

  • GENERAL INFO

    We sincerely hope you love everything at Stowaway Collection. However, if something does need to be returned, we want to make it as easy as possible and we’ll pay for the cost to ship back the unwanted item as long as you use the label provided in the original shipment.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.

    If you have a receipt, please include it with the returned item and we can reimburse or credit you the original purchase price, in the original form of payment.

    If you do not have a receipt please provide as much information about the purchase as possible so we can try to locate any records of your purchase. If we cannot locate them, we will reimburse you with a Stowaway Collection gift card for the current selling price of the item. 

  • RETURNS

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If it is over 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    Gift Cards are non-returnable.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please remember to insert in bag with your return.

    To return your product, please reuse the bag the original shipment arrived in and peel and stick the re-sealable seal.

    Place the provided return mailing label on the package and drop it off at your local USPS office.

    If this is an exchange, please provide us with the details of the item for which you wish to exchange the return, including item name, color and size.

    If you choose not use the provided shipping label and pay for the shipping of the return yourself, please mail to Stowaway Collection, 203 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.

  • REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Most credit card companies post refunds within one week. If you still do not see the refund, please contact your credit card company or bank.
